Jana von Lahnstein (née Brandner) was the wife of Leonard von Lahnstein and the daughter of Achim and Vera Brandner. She is the twin-half-sister of Nicola von Lahnstein, sharing the same mother. She also has a brother, Robin Brandner. She died in 2008 because of a pulmonary embolism after a car accident. In her honor the Jana von Lahnstein foundation was founded.
